What is the best age for newborn photography?

I aim to photograph your baby between 7-14 days old. As I only take limited number of bookings each month it is important to make a reservation as early as possible – so please contact me once you know your due date.  Newborn sessions are held Saturday-Sunday at 10:00am in my cozy home studio environment.

How long does the session take?

An average newborn session takes 2-3 hours however your baby will not be rushed if they need a little more time! There will be plenty of opportunity for comforting and milk when needed. Shooting time is included in your session retainer fee.

How do I book and what’s included?

Your newborn session will be a day to remember!

  • The session fee is $140 NEWBORN SOLO and $175 NEWBORN FAMILY and includes everything we need to create beautiful portraits of your new baby – props, bowls, fabrics, wraps and bonnets are all ready for you.

  • The session fee is non-refundable and is required to secure a reservation– it covers the shooting time and guarantees you a spot on my calendar.

  • It also includes a pre-session consult via phone, custom styled session, proofing gallery for choosing your images, professional custom hand editing/skin retouching, usage of props, session prep guide, and print release.

  • You will also have access to high end studio props and the reveal experience. The reveal is where you pick the images you love and choose the products that best fit your needs during your viewing/ordering appointment. Photos, prints, or products are sold separately.
